ISureSecurity app for iPhone and iPad

iSureSecurity mobile application supports users to create their profile , send inquiries about different products to company and can raise complaints about supported products.

User has to select particular category "Service" or "Installation", they they need to select product and service charges will be calculated by backend. Service will be free if user has purchased maintenance plan from company.

New complaints will be assigned to engineer and status will be updated to customer app. Engineer visit the customer and fix the complaint. Then Engineer will close the complaint and can generate the invoice.
